I was elected to the board in 2004 as Correspondence Secretary. It's always been a big goal of mine to reach out to new members and to get more of us involved with the club. The website is one of our ongoing communication tools, and with your help, I'll try to keep it a current and growing resource for the members.
Additionally, I am the editor in chief of the LeoLetter, the national publication of the Leonberger Club of America. With my committee chair, I have the honor of leading a group of incredibly dedicated and talented people on that ongoing project.
A long-time club member (since 1990), I am currently "owned" by Arno, Marley and Manu—"the boys." Arno, our little guy, is a Humane Society rescue, golden chow mix they say. Marley is my Leo Rescue. He is not a "full" leo but he has a full leo heart. Manu, our newest addition, is the baby. Manu charmed me from 7 weeks old and continues to please his proud momma.
